Subscription

The “Subscription” section shows the project's plan, the production server and, when the project is linked to a subscription, its status and next renewal.

The “Subscription” section

“l10n.gr subscription” shows the plan, the “Production server”, whether the subscription is “Active” and the “Next renewal”. The details are checked daily. If Neurons Tech created the project without a subscription code, the section shows the plan and the server, and you contact Neurons Tech about the renewal.

Plan change

When the subscription's plan changes, you receive an email and the “Plan change” card appears on the “Overview” and under “Subscription”. The production server changes whenever you choose:

  • “Change server now”: the change starts as soon as you confirm.
  • “On a day and time”: the change starts by itself at the time you set. Until then you can set another time or make it now.

A restore point is taken first. Production's Odoo then stops for a minute or two, the server moves to the new plan and starts again. Staging is not affected.

Moving to a smaller plan is not supported, because a server's disk cannot shrink. In that case the project keeps running on its current server, unchanged, and the card says so.

When the subscription is not active

If the subscription ends or is paused, the project keeps running normally. The section shows “Not active” and the date by which it needs renewing; after that date, Neurons Tech may delete the project. Meanwhile you receive email reminders.

Once the subscription is renewed, the project carries on as before and we let you know by email. To renew, contact Neurons Tech.
