Who we are

The l10n.gr website is operated by Neurons Tech Ε.Ε. (“Neurons Tech”, “we”), Αγ. Γεωργίου 63, Νέα Ιωνία, Greece, VAT number 801881609, G.E.MI. number 165108303000, email info@neurons.tech. These terms govern the use of the website; by browsing it you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Purpose of the website

The website presents l10n.gr, the Greek localization for Odoo developed by Neurons Tech, to businesses and to Odoo partners. It includes product information, a knowledge base, documentation and contact forms.

The website does not form contracts

The content of the website, including descriptions, packages and comparisons, is for information and is not an offer to enter into a contract. When you send us a form, you are asking us to contact you; no contract is formed and neither side takes on any obligation.

l10n.gr services are provided only under a written commercial proposal and contract or, for Odoo partners, the partner agreement. Use of console.l10n.gr and of the other platform services is governed by the terms of that agreement, not by these terms.

Information, not professional advice

The knowledge base, the documentation and the other texts on the website are for general information. We take care to keep them accurate and current, but tax law, AADE requirements and Odoo itself change often, and we do not guarantee that every piece of information is complete or fits your case. The content is not tax, accounting or legal advice and does not replace the opinion of your accountant or legal adviser. Comparisons with Odoo refer to the version and date they state.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The texts, graphics, design, screenshots and other content of the website, as well as the l10n.gr and Neurons Tech names and logos, belong to Neurons Tech or to those who have licensed them to it, and are protected by intellectual property law (Greek Law 2121/1993) and trademark law. You may view and print the content and share links to it, for your own information or that of your business. Any other reproduction, modification, republication or commercial use without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A. Neurons Tech is an official Odoo partner; l10n.gr is an independent product of Neurons Tech, not a product of Odoo S.A. References to Odoo are made to describe how l10n.gr works with it. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not attempt unauthorised access to the website or our systems or circumvent their security measures, overload the website with automated requests or otherwise, introduce malicious software, or submit forms with false details, with details of other people you are not entitled to share, or in bulk. We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaches these terms.

Availability

We may change, add or remove content and features, and suspend the website temporarily, for example for maintenance. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Neurons Tech is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it, or for decisions taken on the basis of its informational content.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence (Article 332 of the Greek Civil Code), to injury to life, health or body, or where mandatory law excludes it, such as consumer protection law (Greek Law 2251/1994).

Links to other websites

The website contains links to third-party websites and to our other services, such as console.l10n.gr. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites; their own terms apply to them.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update, and applies from its publication.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute about the use of the website. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

Other terms

If any term is found invalid, the others remain in force. If we do not exercise a right, this does not mean we waive it. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
