During a restore, transmissions lock. They unlock automatically only when the database matches the central transmission record. If documents are missing, l10n.gr brings them back before unlocking.

01Who holds the Odoo Enterprise licence?
Your client. They hold the Odoo Enterprise subscription; its code is entered in Odoo itself, as on any installation.
02Where is the project hosted?
On the l10n.gr managed cloud. Hosting, staging, backups and suite updates are included in the price, so your team can focus on the implementation.
03How do we open a new project?
You give the client, the Odoo version and the package. l10n.gr sets up production and staging on an l10n.gr subdomain and assigns the project to you in the console. The client brings their own Odoo Enterprise subscription.
04How does our team sign in?
By invitation from Neurons Tech, with a password and mandatory two-step verification. For now each partner has one account.
05How do we deploy our own modules?
From your GitHub. Every push goes through static analysis, an AI security review, Odoo compatibility checks and staging; you promote to production yourselves.
06What can our repo contain?
Your own modules, built on top of the l10n.gr suite. Neurons Tech maintains the suite and publishes new releases when the law changes, so compliance stays current without you writing code for it. The pipeline catches code errors, hard-coded secrets and unapproved Python libraries early, before they reach staging.
07What can we do from the console?
Read logs, restart, upgrade your own modules, copy production to staging and restore. l10n.gr looks after the servers and databases, so you never need SSH or direct database access.
08Who looks after backups?
l10n.gr. Backups are kept on the platform automatically, and you restore from your console, with a check of the transmissions so the fiscal record stays complete.
09Who updates the l10n.gr suite?
Neurons Tech publishes new releases and you install them from the console: on the project's staging first, and once you have checked them, in production.
10Which e-invoicing providers are supported?
Two certified e-invoicing providers today, with more being added. The provider is set per company.
11How are we charged?
A fixed price per project for the whole suite and the server resources. Neurons Tech does not charge per document.
12Which Odoo versions are supported?
Odoo 19 and 20, Enterprise only. The version is set per project.
